1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Roidz Studio's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our creative design services, including but not limited to branding, web design, UI/UX design, and digital marketing services.

2Service Description

Roidz Studio provides creative design services including but not limited to:

• Brand identity design and development
• Website design and development
• UI/UX design for digital products
• Social media design and management
• Photo and video editing services
• Print and digital marketing materials

All services are provided on a project basis with specific deliverables, timelines, and costs outlined in individual project agreements.

3Payment Terms

Payment terms are established on a per-project basis and outlined in individual contracts. General payment policies include:

• 50% advance payment required to commence work
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• Payment terms: Net 15 days from invoice date
• Late payment fees may apply after 30 days
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified

4Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership rights to the final delivered work. However:

• Roidz Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios
• Any third-party assets used require separate licensing
• Source files and working documents remain property of Roidz Studio
• Clients may not resell or redistribute design templates or concepts

5Revisions and Modifications

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement:

• Standard projects include up to 3 revision rounds
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges
• Major scope changes require new project agreements
• Revisions must be requested within 30 days of delivery

6Project Timeline and Delivery

Project timelines are estimates based on project scope and client responsiveness:

• Timelines begin after receipt of advance payment and project materials
• Client delays in providing feedback may extend delivery dates
• Rush projects may incur additional charges
• Force majeure events may affect delivery schedules

7Limitation of Liability

Roidz Studio's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Third-party claims related to delivered work
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control

8Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice:

• Client termination: Payment due for work completed to date
• Roidz Studio termination: Refund of unused advance payment
• All work-in-progress files remain property of Roidz Studio
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination

9Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Delhi, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015.
